- Technical Solution Delivery
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT systems, including architecture, integration, and deployment.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Client Engagement & Consulting
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and translating them into technical solutions.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and technical deep-dives with stakeholders.
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.
- Project Leadership
- Lead technical workstreams within global delivery projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Mentor junior consultants and offshore teams.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, QA, and operations teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of solutions across platforms and geographies.
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses and solution demos.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO).
Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience in Finastra products (FTI , TICC, FFC), Core Java, XML, JAXB, Spring framework, Database (Oracle, DB2) and Unix commands.
- Must be familiar working with both windows and Linux OS environment, applicable servers (Web sphere, JBOSS and WebLogic)
- Must be familiar with setting up FTI application, DB setup, ELS, setup, using Liquibase/ dB maintain tool, troubleshooting E2E flow in between FTI FCC.
- Experience in FTI SDK customization, SDK Interfacing, SDK Integration, SDK Workflow implementation, Screen tailoring, Literals , fragments, and branding.
- FTI Data base management and upgrade experience.
- Experience in product Configuration management tools (CMT) and API Stub.
- Experience in designing reports using Crystal report designer, FTI data modeling.
- Must have worked on middleware e.g. (IBM MQ / ActiveMQ), logging framework.
- Handson experience on interfacing development covering both (batch extracts, online/real-time) with external system required.
- Good exposure in SWIFT messaging.
- Having experience FCC, TICC , CCB, FFC, DWE etc. will be additional advantage.
- Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree
