Customer Service Representative

White Mountain Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona.

As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you’ll play an essential role in providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and empathy

• Schedule appointments, manage multiple phone lines, and handle client communications

• Maintain accurate medical records and process payments

• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth daily operations
   

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a veterinary or medical customer service setting

• Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills

• Calm, compassionate, and dependable under pressure

• Passion for animals and a strong team-player mindset
