Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Technician will primarily support a centralized prior authorization clinic in Muskegon, MI. Pharmacy technician support involves resolving and appealing prior authorization claims from Trinity Health Medical Group. The technician may also support other ambulatory pharmacy clinics as needed.

What the Pharmacy Technician will Need:

  • High school education or equivalent. Completion of ASHP/ACPE pharmacy technician training

program.

  • Preferred, completion of a formal Pharmacy Technician certification program; or two years of college with emphasis in math, science, or medical field applications.
  • Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician Licensure (Full license) AND

Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) National Certification

  • Two years of pharmacy work experience
