Job Summary
The Variance and Data Administrator is responsible for variance review and resolution.
Essential Functions
- Review, Bswift, variance audit log, variance report and carrier billing to identify the cause.
- Resolve variance based on findings by emailing appropriate source and/or correcting Bswift.
- Update variance audit log, variance report and internal spreadsheets.
- Email billing team if employee deduction is affected.
- Additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
- High level of people skills; able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Problem solving skills to determine root cause.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Bswift or similar benefits admin software experience.
- Insurance experience including knowledge of carrier policies, procedures and billing rules.
- Strong people skills; ability to work easily with diverse people and groups.

The base salary range for this position is $47,000 to $60,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
