Job Description
Are you a strategic thinker who can connect brand vision with consumer data?
Do you have experience working with and understanding consumer behavior in farm, home, hardware retailers? If so, we're looking for someone like you to lead the charge in building, launching, and optimizing go-to-market strategies for our Lawn & Turf business.

What You'll Do:
- Lead go-to-market strategy for our Lawn & Turf product portfolio, especially focused on consumer retail channels Tractor Supply, Mattoon Rural King, Bomgaars Supply, Fleet Farm, etc. Leverage consumer insights and retail data analytics to shape branding, packaging, promotions, and product placement strategies.
- Develop, implement and adjust 1-3 year strategic marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives.
- Direct new product launches, from concept to shelf - including packaging, pricing, positioning, demand forecasting, and regulatory support.
- Be the brand voice for our consumer line - ensuring brand consistency across digital, in-store, and promotional channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Regulatory, Finance, and Marketing Communications.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to adapt strategy and capture whitespace opportunities.
- Train and empower our internal salesforce and distributor reps with strong product messaging and value propositions.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, ag sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years in consumer packaged goods marketing - especially with hardware, ag-retail, lawn & garden, or farm & ranch products.
- A track record of building and launching successful retail marketing strategies based on data analytics and customer behavior insights.
- Experience working with or selling into consumer hardware, ag-retail, lawn and garden or farm and ranch products. Creativity paired with analytical rigor - you can dream it, model it, pitch it, and execute it.
- Proven success in lifecycle management, line extensions, and branding across multiple consumer segments.
- Entrepreneurial drive, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
