About You:

- 8+ years of tax experience (business & personal)
- CPA or EA required
- Deep experience working with business owners
- Confident leading a team, a client call, or a tax vision
- Clear communicator (no jargon walls)
- Obsessed with elevating the client experience
- Energized by autonomy, ownership, and innovation
What You'll Do:
- Lead Tax Strategy: You'll own the vision, systems, and outcomes.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Build proactive, year-round relationships (not just during tax season).
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with CFOs, client teams, and ops for holistic solutions.
- Mentor and Grow: Inspire, guide, and support a rising tax team.
