About the Role:

As a Dental Assistant, you'll work closely with the dentist to provide top-quality care to our patients. You'll assist with clinical procedures, maintain a clean and prepared operatory, and ensure each patient feels comfortable and informed throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role supports both our Little Rock Geyer Springs and North Little Rock locations.

  • Clearly and calmly communicate treatment plans to patients and parents

  • Identify prior authorization requirements and ensure proper consent forms are completed

  • Monitor and support the comfort and safety of patients

  • Accurately document treatments using both electronic and paper records

  • Perform general housekeeping and restocking duties

  • Requires travel between our Geyer Springs Leap Kids clinic and our North Little Rock Leap Kids clinic.

  • Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)

  • Must have polishing and X-ray certification

  • CPR certification required

  • Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program

  • Must be Bilingual Spanish
