About Us:
Lark Industries is a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer based in El Paso, TX. We specialize in high-precision components and systems for critical missions and next-generation technologies. Our state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing facility serves as both a production hub and a center for workforce development in advanced manufacturing.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage our training program focused on upskilling small aerospace manufacturers and individuals in advanced CNC machining and aerospace manufacturing practices. The Project Manager will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of all training activities delivered at Lark’s on-site CNC manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a structured training program in CNC machining and aerospace manufacturing.
  • Coordinate scheduling, curriculum development, instructor assignments, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with small aerospace manufacturing businesses to assess training needs and customize content accordingly.
  • Engage individuals from the community and partner organizations to promote access to training and workforce development opportunities.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and any grant or regulatory requirements.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables; prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between Lark Industries, partner companies, instructors, and trainees.
  • Manage communications, outreach, and marketing for the training program.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Workforce Development, or a related field (required).
  • 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, workforce development, or training, environments.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining and aerospace manufacturing processes (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
