Marketing Coordinator

Job Title:  Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Director of Marketing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related degree; equivalent field experience with proven history and industry recommendations may be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations and while participating at trade shows.
• Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Being familiar with project management software is also an asset.
• A working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features is a must, with experience in web page development or graphic design being very helpful.
• Experience creating video content (TikToks, Reels, etc.)
• Basic understanding on how to capture engaging images for social media
• Proficient in WordPress, Excel, MS Word, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite
• Photoshop skills preferred.
• Ski or Snowboard experience preferred.
• Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
• Ability to work on property in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Develop and manage internal communications with stakeholders. Provide updates and content to external stakeholders (agencies and partnerships)
• Assist in developing copy and maintaining brand voice.
• Assist in maintaining website content through CMS platform.
• Assist in social media content creation.
• Review and respond to guest reviews on Expedia, booking.com, etc.,
• Maintain 3rd party listings for restaurants, events, and resorts (Visitors Bureau, Visit Pa, OpenTable, etc.)
• Manages Marketing Calendar.
• Consistent monitoring marketing industry trends and related ski resort businesses: researching and evaluating opportunities.
• Oversee snow report and conditions updates.
• Maintains promotional materials throughout the resort - inventory/stock, places orders for print/collateral and oversee installation.
