Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Coordinator assists with administrative tasks such as recruitment, interviewing staff, benefit administration, compensation administration, staff education, leave administration, employee record administration and interpreting company policies and practices.

The Medical Staff Coordinator assists with the accreditation survey preparation, credentialing, re-credentialing, meeting management of physicians and allied health professionals. They work closely with the medical staff leaders, hospital leaders and legal counsel with regards to bylaws. 

 

Qualifications: High School Diploma and at least three years previous secretarial and office experience is required. Associates or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or healthcare administration is preferred. Also preferred is Certification by National Association of Medical Staff Services, CMSC or CPCS.
