Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QA Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the integrity of our compliance program and ensures seamless document management throughout both physical and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and update compliance-related documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Prepare and compile necessary records and reports for audit processes.
- Manage the transition of physical paperwork into a structured and efficient digital recordkeeping system.
- Support routine administrative functions that contribute to a compliant and operationally sound environment.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading and writing in English.
- Comfortable working in a plant setting and engaging with various operational teams.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with document management tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving systems and support process improvements.
Work Environment:
Required to access the poultry production environment. Must be able to tolerate the varying heat, wetness, and chill of the plant. Hearing and eye protective equipment required in the production area. Required to wear hair and beard nets in the production area.
