Pay: Starting $55,000 with flexibility based on experience+
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Manage our clearout and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies management
- Client management through the move and cleanout process
- Provide quality control and training of team members
- Ability to drive up to 26’ box truck
- Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home
- Lifting of boxes/decor and furniture within the home and to new location
- Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold
- Safely pack and unpack goods
- Delivery or disposal of unwanted items
- And more, no 2 days are alike!
- Full time with a starting salary $55,000 based on experience plus quarterly bonuses based on company performance
- Minimum 5 years moving experience
- Must be well organized and effectively communicate directions to team members and clients
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation
- Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time
- Must be able to properly lift up to 40 pounds
- Must have computer skills
