Program Supervisor

At MHA, we believe in the power of human connection and resilience. Our Medical Respite Program supports individuals recovering from homelessness, psychiatric diagnoses, trauma, and/or addiction. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Supervisor to lead our dedicated team in providing trauma-informed, person-centered care in a residential setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide leadership and daily supervision to a team of Residential Stabilization Specialists
• Model and foster strength-based, recovery-focused interactions with participants
• Monitor program compliance with state, federal, and agency policies
• Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Ensure delivery of services, coordination of care, and upkeep of all documentation
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, and performance management processes
• Respond to emergencies and serve in an on-call rotation
• Maintain effective communication between staff, participants, and external providers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with individuals impacted by homelessness, trauma, addiction, and/or psychiatric diagnoses
• College degree or 4+ years of related experience in a progressively responsible role
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and sufficient auto insurance
• Ability to pass CPR/First Aid and MAP certifications
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and housing regulations (HUD knowledge a plus)
