Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Sales Training Manager to join our vibrant resort in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package and plenty of opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do:

As our Sales Training Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and executing impactful training programs to support our sales team. Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting engaging and effective sales training sessions

• Coaching and mentoring team members to boost efficiency and performance

• Partnering with leadership to identify training opportunities and implement strategic improvements

• Evaluating team members to support individual growth and sales success

• Traveling as needed to support other teams and training initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales training, leadership, or sales management

• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in-person at our Scottsdale location and travel as needed

• A proactive, energetic, and motivating leadership style
