Web Administrator

THE ROLE: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our organization's web infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the functionality, security, and performance of our websites and web applications, while collaborating with developers, designers, and content creators to deliver a seamless digital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company websites.
• Monitor website performance, uptime, and traffic analytics.
• Implement and manage website security protocols, including SSL certificates and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including broken links, server errors, and compatibility problems.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to implement new features and updates.
• Manage CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) and ensure content is up-to-date.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS).
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in web administration, online retail or a similar role.
• Automotive or RV industry experience is a plus
• Proven success driving revenue growth through DTC platforms

Technical Skills:

• Experience with web hosting environments
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, digital marketing strategies, A/B testing approach/tools, and analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, data visualization solutions)
• Working knowledge of UI/UX best practices, conversion rate optimization, CDP manipulation and retail operations.
• Knowledge of DNS, FTP, and domain management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
