Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

We are looking to add a HR Business Partner Manager to support Corporate functions. This role will partner closely with senior leaders across our North America corporate functions to drive people strategies that align with business goals. Acting as a strategic advisor and trusted coach, this individual will play a critical role in enabling high-performing teams, guiding change, and advancing talent and organizational effectiveness. Tropicana is looking for a dynamic, thoughtful leader with strong influencing skills, business acumen, and a passion for driving impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Strategic HR Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies

  • Guide and execute annual HR processes including goal setting, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning

  • Provide coaching and counsel to leaders on team dynamics, development, and employee engagement

  • Collaboration & Execution

  • Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver impactful solutions and drive enterprise-wide initiatives

  • Lead and support enterprise HR projects with a focus on scalability, innovation, and employee experience

  • Translate business priorities into clear people strategies that balance short-term execution and long-term growth

  • Leadership & Influence

  • Leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and influence change across functions

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and lead through influence in a lean HRBP structure

  • Operate both strategically and tactically to support business transformation and day-to-day needs

The Perfect Blend: Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in a matrixed or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, talent planning, and organizational development practices
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional HR initiatives and projects

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be located in the Chicago, IL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment
  • Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations
  • Travel up to 10%

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$135,000. We believe this range offers a fair estimate for the role; the actual offer will ultimately reflect your relevant experience, skills, and how you align with the responsibilities.
