Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Specializes in one of the following areas of collaboration; M365, Networking, or VoIP and supports software & hardware related to that specialization. Works with other team members to assist with their daily duties.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Performs moves, adds, changes, & disconnects.
- Performs software & hardware trouble shooting.
- Monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
- Installs and supports devices.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
- Completes relevant compliance training courses.
- Completes relevant and current continuing professional education, formal and/or informal.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Minimum two (2) years' experience managing/supporting collaborative Information Systems preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of selected specialty fundamentals.
Ability to work flexible schedules.
Ability to diagnose and correct hardware & software configuration problems.
Ability to diagnose and correct hardware failures.
Good written and verbal communications
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills
Relevant and current continuing professional education, formal and/or informal
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS
Pursuing or obtained certification in said specialty.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for meetings, projects, training, seminars, etc.
