Get a glimpse of the job: A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Technician

What You'll Do:

• Travel to various job sites throughout the day (we work with property management, hotels, moving companies, builders, and more)

• Perform repairs on materials like countertops, tubs, tile, flooring, and cabinets

• Follow our proven repair process using provided tools and materials

• Match colors, patterns and textures to create seamless repairs

• Document job progress using our mobile platform and communicate with the support team

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and their residents or staff

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience (from construction, painting, crafting, facility maintenance-or even as a hobbyist)

• Good eye for color and detail, an artistic background is a plus but not required - if you are colorblind, this isn't the job for you

• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn a new skill

• Strong time management and communication skills

• A two-year commitment to growing with our team

We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
