Job Description
P.F. Chang’s is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Food & Beverage Systems Specialist to support our culinary and restaurant operations. You’ll be the subject matter expert on the Crunchtime Inventory Management System, working with teams and vendors to optimize inventory management, ensure data accuracy.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Crunchtime system functions, including recipe data, vendor setup, and hierarchies.
- Support new restaurant launches and vendor onboarding.
- Monitor and resolve data errors, inventory variances, and maintain SOPs.
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and software teams on system improvements.
- Manage vendor file feeds, setup, and data integrity efforts.
- Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies and improve cost management.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in foodservice, culinary operations, or supply chain.
- Strong skills in Excel, Access, and database applications; Crunchtime experience a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe DC.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle large data sets and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with a customer-focused attitude.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily remote, with occasional visits to restaurants and corporate office .
