Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Clinic
Location: Stanwood, WA
Job Type: Full-Time or PRN
Compensation: $40 – $50 per hour ($83,200 – $104,000 annually)
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

About the Role

Joint Academy, a leader in tech-enhanced musculoskeletal care, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for our outpatient clinic in Stanwood, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated, collaborative care team and deliver 1-on-1 patient-centered therapy in a supportive, growth-oriented setting. Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized, 45-minute outpatient therapy sessions
• Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions
• Create customized care plans based on individual needs and goals
• Document care using Joint Academy’s cutting-edge digital tools
• Collaborate with physical therapists, PTAs, and support staff
• Educate patients and caregivers on progress, exercises, and goals
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation

Requirements

• Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy License (or ability to obtain)
• CPR Certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
