Description of the role:

Subaru South Charlotte is seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership Controller - Office Manager to join our team in Pineville, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow within the dealership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Insuring all records are accurate and prepared timely
  • Preparing monthly financial reporting and budgeting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an office manager- controller in automotive dealership required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in CDK Automotive Software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
