Job Description

Denham Property and Injury Law Firm is on the lookout for a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. This pivotal role will ensure that our team works efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive and productive office environment. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative functions, supervising staff, coordinating office activities, managing budgets, and improving office processes. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clients, lawyers, and staff at all levels are essential in this role.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and administration to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely supply deliveries.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff, including paralegals and assistants.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow.
  • Maintain financial records, including payroll and budgeting activities.
  • Assist with HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, depositions, and other office events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for all office-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with legal office operations is a plus.
