Job Description
Browder-Hite is hiring a Landscaping Account Manager to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced landscape professional to put their sales and service skills to the test.

For this new position, we are offering a base salary of $45,000 to $55,000 annually plus the opportunity for commission! We also offer:

Requirements for our Landscaping Account Manager position:
- At least 3+ years of residential landscape maintenance experience with a demonstrated knowledge of plant material, turfgrass care and landscape maintenance experience;
- Prior experience in a sales role, ideally in the landscaping industry, with a demonstrated sales mentality;
- Strong knowledge of turfgrass, ornamental plant care, and landscape maintenance best practices. Capable of designing basic seasonal color displays. Basic knowledge of Southern plant material and warm season turfgrasses is a plus.
- A demonstrated ability providing exceptional customer service, and high level attention to customer service;
- Experience utilizing Aspire landscape software is a plus. Verifiable Microsoft Office skills are additionally important.
- Ability to qualify for and obtain a Virginia Registered Technician's license within 90 days of employment.
- A clean driving record and valid driver's license
- The ability to work in a tobacco-and-vape-free environment.
Responsibilities of our Landscaping Account Manager:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance clients, ensuring satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
- Schedule and manage mowing, bed maintenance, and herbicide application crews. Liaison with irrigation and landscape install crew foreman to successfully complete jobs as needed.
- Provide guidance to crews both at the shop and in the field, ensuring high-quality service.
- Conduct routine site visits to assess turf and landscape conditions, evaluate crew performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements and upsells, achieving at least 15% in additional sales on managed accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service schedules, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of client material usage (mulch, herbicide, seasonal color, ect)
