$1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Home Weekly | Up to $2,200/Week

Route & Freight Info:

• Freight: 100% touch freight (hand unload with rollers)

• Loads: Minimum 3 loads/week

• Miles: Approx. 1,500 miles/week

• Schedule: Includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Extras & Qualifications:

• Unload Bonus: $250/load

• Doubles Endorsement Preferred (but not required)

• Customer-Facing Role: Patience and professionalism required

• Experience Needed: 3 months minimum CDL-A

• Training Includes: 2 ride-along shadow runs ($150/day)

• Cannot Hire: Recent drivers from JB Hunt or USA Truck unless hired elsewhere since

Pay Based on Experience:

• 0 months – $0.60 CPM

• 12 months – $0.61 CPM

• 24 months – $0.63 CPM

• 36 months – $0.65 CPM

• 48 months – $0.70 CPM

• 60+ months – Up to $0.73 CPM
