Your Role & Impact

As Associate Director of Nursing, you'll support the Director of Nursing in leading and managing nursing services across our organization. You'll supervise staff, implement team-based care models, oversee quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. You'll also coordinate training and education programs and serve as acting DON when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program

  • Current California State Board RN license

  • 3 years of clinical nursing experience in outpatient or ambulatory care

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience

  • Strong leadership and team development skills

  • Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Ability to travel between TrueCare sites; valid CA driver's license and insurance required

  • Bonus: Master's degree in nursing administration, education, or health leadership; community clinic experience; bilingual (English/Spanish); knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT codes, and EHR In-Basket functions
