Job Description
The Business Development Center (BDC), attends to inbound and outbound communications in support of Customer Service and the Service Department's workflow. This includes telephone reception, appointments, repair status inquires, vehicle service reminders and other departmental duties. An applicant must have superior customer service and communication skills especially by telephone, as well as personal customer interaction skills. A good candidate should possess a confident, friendly and persuasive voice capable of handling a range of situations relating to new customers and existing clients.
Training in automotive database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) is provided.
Pay scale is strong hourly with additional performance bonuses.
