About the Job:
Work at the direction of the Campaign Strategy & Execution (CS&E) Marketing Manager to assist with team project management/prioritization/delegation, strategy, intake, compliance, and tracking/reporting of campaign deliverables.
Essential Job Functions:
Builds and sustains excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and partner organizations that will enable the timely, accurate and efficient execution of campaigns. Collaborates with internal and agency partners to keep team on time and within budget.
- Manages weekly intake process and backlog reporting and communications.
- Works directly with the marketing manager to manage work allocations of: campaign development and setup, testing, deployment and tracking
- Is the team point of contact to manage compliance and risk projects. Acts as a liaison between compliance and the Campaign Strategy & Execution (CS&E) team.
- Establish, maintain, test, and enforce Campaign Execution best practices
- Makes sure campaigns are delivered within scope and timeline
- Manages reporting and tracking functions for assigned campaigns
- Effectively communicates timely recommendations and implications to internal clients and partners based on business objectives and SLAs
- Helps guide and manage projects that get assigned to offshore agency (Genpact)
- Bridge between Key IT and CS&E for intake process and other campaign related activities
- Partners with Branch Managers, Salesforce and Outbound Sales (OBS) at weekly lead management meetings
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Ability to analyze, summarize and interpret complex data and technology
- Detail-oriented; ability to organize and prioritize workload
- Ability to work across departments and influence when needed
- Can prepare and present data/findings in a concise and understandable format; via documentation
- Ability to work independently on relatively complex matters with minimal supervision, while proactively sharing timely status updates and information
- Knowledge of online concepts, design and best practices
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; capable of operating in an dynamic environment
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Highly skilled with Workfront
- Experience with Agile Development tools (JIRA, Confluence) preferred
- Experience with Adobe products (AJO) preferred
- Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
