Job Description
Design and configure new Supply Chain Execution (SCE) systems to accommodate for operational needs to support Daikin's end-to-end process of material handling and the movement of goods for its residential and commercial HVAC products. Ensure the seamless integration of SCE systems such as Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), Labor Management System (LMS), and Yard Management System (YMS) with the ERP. Manage and maintain SCE systems to ensure optimal performance through the planning, execution, and monitoring of all supply chain activities. Design, manage, set up and implement process flows in SCE systems that ensure efficient and robust warehouse operation from the moment goods and materials enter a distribution center until they leave. Coordinate implementation efforts of new SCEs. Prepare, execute and test configuration changes for SCE version updates. Provide advanced technical support for complex SCE issues requiring sophisticated methods. Develop reports in SCE Support regression testing, volume testing and user acceptance testing for SCE systems. Stay up to date with bug fixes and patch notes of the latest version of Daikin's SCE systems. Provide data flow mapping support for SCE systems and ERP integration. Collaborate to understand integration needs between SCE systems and ERP. Support the labor management system design. Support Continuous Workflow Validation 10 and data warehousing.
Minimum Education Requirement:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a closely related field.
Minimum Experience Requirement: Two (2) years of experience with a high-volume HVAC manufacturer with logistics warehousing, transportation processes, and execution systems including two (2) years of experience with WMS, YMS and TMS systems management and maintenance to ensure optimal performance; data analysis, data modeling, SQL and Phyton, InforXA ERP and AS400 systems; data visualization tools and Tableau.
