Job Description
This is a call for an entrepreneur, a builder. Instawork is looking for a General Manager for our new workforce management product line.

We are the leading AI-powered marketplace for connecting businesses with skilled hourly workers, solving the massive challenge of staffing reliability. We believe there is a huge opportunity with helping businesses manage their entire labor stack (full time, part-time, seasonal workers, on-demand workers,..) - from optimizing labor planning, sourcing and allocating workers, handling complex compliance requirements, fostering employee engagement, and more.
What You'll Do
As a General Manager you will drive a cross-functional effort to develop and execute against our ambitious workforce management plans. In particular you will:
- Partner Engagement: Immerse yourself with Instawork Partners and their needs, translating their challenges into product capabilities
- Drive go-to-market: Execute a GTM strategy in partnership with our Sales and Account Management teams that establishes Instawork as a leader in workforce management
- Own outcomes: Be accountable for planning and execution against our growth goals as we scale usage with existing and new Instawork Partners
- Evangelize: Serve as the champion for the product, inspiring our Partners about the future of AI-driven workforce management.

- Work Environment: This role requires in-office presence in San Francisco or Chicago, 5 days a week
For IL based applicants:
- The base salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000
- This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options
