Job Description
Assures the proper functioning of all the physical plant, mechanical equipment and systems, including routine and preventative maintenance, and the compliance to all Community policies and procedures and state and federal regulations. Maintains clean and safe physical environment for Residents and Community Team Members and assures the protection of Community assets
Education and Experience:
Experience in janitorial/maintenance work preferred; familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems required. Experience in building safety and hazard reduction helpful
Meet continuing education requirements and certifications on job classification and position, including state requirements.
Skill/ knowledge requirements:
Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the Company's management staff and Community Department Managers and Community Team Members effectively.
Maintains acceptable attendance record/follows work schedule
Must be able to obtain fingerprint clearance card.
