Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about bringing visual projects to life? FASTSIGNS of Springfield is seeking a Skilled Sign Maker / Graphic Production Specialist to manage high-quality sign production from start to finish. In this full-time, weekday role, you'll oversee the creation and installation of custom signage while collaborating across departments to meet client needs with precision and creativity.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and finish materials for vinyl and print applications (cutting, laminating, mounting, painting, etc.)
- Produce and install signs and graphics using computer-cut vinyl and full-color digital prints
- Operate and maintain large-format printers, cutters, laminators, and other production equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure each job meets exacting standards
Install graphics and signage at client locations as needed - Support workflow efficiency and help identify process improvements
Assist with materials handling, workspace upkeep, and front counter support when needed - Represent the FASTSIGNS brand with professionalism and pride — everyone sells here!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sign making, printing, or related hands-on production work
- Strong attention to detail, layout interpretation, and craftsmanship
- Comfortable with tools, materials, and production equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to travel locally for installations
- A collaborative mindset, problem-solving attitude, and strong work ethic

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
