Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is recruiting for compassionate, dedicated behavioral health professionals! Help us make a difference in the lives of all Oklahomans. About the Position: NCBH is looking for a Senior Behavioral Case Manager II for our Woodward Outpatient office. Under general direction this position provides telephone and on-site screening and intervention; interviews consumers and families to explore the needs and resources for those requesting services and participates with an interdisciplinary team in treatment and discharge planning.

Job Type/Salary:

  • Annual Salary: up to $ 48,500 (Salary range is based on experience, tenure and certification)
  • Full Compensation range includes base salary, retirement and State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents)
  • Primary Working Hours: M, W, TR, F 8:00 am- 5:00 pm; Tu 10:00 am- 7:00 pm

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II -

Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a minimum of 36 (thirty-six) months of direct, documented experience working with persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorder and possess a High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or High School equivalency (HSE) Credential and two (2) years of professional experience; or

The completion of 60 (sixty) college credit hours and a minimum of 12 (twelve) months of direct, documented experience working with persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorder and two (2) years of professional experience; or

A bachelor's or master's degree in any field from a regionally accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDE) and have a minimum of six (6) months of direct, documented experience working with persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorder and two (2) years of professional experience; or

A bachelor's or master's degree in a behavioral health related field earned from a regionally accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDE) and two (2) years of professional experience; or

Have a current license as a registered nurse in the State of Oklahoma with documented experience in behavioral health care and two (2) years of professional experience.

  • Behavioral Health Case Manager II -

Special Requirements:

  • Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.

  • Must possess a US driver's license to perform job related travel if necessary.

  • Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.

  • (if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.

THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
