Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
Lead the Program Management Office for Chandler Fab
Develop 5-year roadmap(s) with Leadership team to meet business objectives.
Create resource feasible project portfolio to support business objectives.
Execute governance processes to ensure projects are successful.
Continuously improve PMO business processes.
Train and Mentor Project Leads to ensure compliance to business processes.
Lead Chandler Environment Improvement Program:
Lead the execution of the Environmental program across Chandler Site (CHD-Fab, ECHO)
Develop Environmental roadmaps, capital expenditure and actions to enable a carbon neutral manufacturing footprint.
Ensure alignment of the Chandler Site and NXP Corporate's Environment Program Goals.
Ensure performance to the Chandler Site Environment Program goals.
Communicate status of team to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field with 10+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing environment, 3 of which are in a project/program management capacity
- Strong communication skills with ability to report to senior level executives
- Project management methodology
- Able to lead and influence cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated, able to take initiative and effectively prioritize work.
