Responsibilities:
- Contribute to growing our used car inventory by interfacing with customers via digital lead sources
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, effective attention and responses
- Work with Sales and Service departments
- Communicate with sellers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
