Job Opportunity: Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C)
Location: Annapolis, Maryland
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + Benefits
Position Overview

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated LCSW-C to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual and/or group psychotherapy to clients across the lifespan and be excited to work in a collaborative, flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, or families
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with team members and participate in supervision or consultation (as applicable)
- Uphold ethical and professional standards according to Maryland licensing regulations
Requirements
- Active LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland (required)
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing culturally competent care
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Comfortable with (or open to learning) electronic health record (EHR) systems
