Data Analyst I - SAP Data Governance

The SAP Data and Analytics Team within the Information Technology department provides master data engineering, analytics, reporting, visualization, and predictive analytics solutions. The team utilizes a wide variety of advanced tools and technologies and works directly with a diverse community of leaders and stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data standards and best practices.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
• Lead data governance meetings on a regular basis to review and gather sign offs for business rule change requests.
• Conduct regular data audits and assessments to identify and address data-related issues.
• Provide training and support to the business on data governance principles and practices.
• Lead initiatives to improve data management processes and enhance data governance maturity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to data governance.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree focused on Data Analytics or Equivalent Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree focused on Data Analytics or Equivalent Experience
• SAP S/4 HANA experience
• Data Governance and Quality Software familiarity
