We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to take the lead in growing our community through strategic outreach, strong referral relationships, and a passion for connecting seniors with a place to call home.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute sales & marketing strategies aligned with community goals
• Handle inbound inquiries, guide prospective residents through tours, and manage the move-in process
• Build and strengthen referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and community groups
• Use CRM tools to track lead activity, conversions, and campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, resident-centered move-in experience
• Analyze market trends and identify local growth opportunities

• Demonstrated success in senior living or healthcare sales & marketing
• Experience managing inquiries, tours, and occupancy pipelines
• Strong external business development and networking skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data tracking
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for supporting seniors and their families during key transitions
• A self-starter mentality with a strategic, team-oriented approach
