The ideal candidate will be a CPA with deep experience in managing complex tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role involves managing client relationships, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws, and contributing to the firm’s strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- CPA license required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation a plus)
- Minimum of 6–8 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Experience with tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar)
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage client expectations effectively
