Job Description:

This position is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day administration of the Salesforce application, working with leadership and users to change workflow and configurations and necessary. The Salesforce Developer will develop new solutions on the Salesforce platform, in alignment with an overall strategy of student recruitment, retention, and lifecycle management. Products included in the Salesforce suite for which this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining include core Salesforce in the Education Cloud data model plus: -\Pardot Plus- Plus, Custom Object Integration; Social Studio - (Success Plan, Publish, Listen and Engage, Automate); Lightening Sales Cloud, and Customer Community. The Salesforce Developer will write and implement APIs as necessary, and work to create appropriate structure, documentation, and codified workflow. This team member will develop and implement testing plans and work with stakeholders to create use cases.

Job Responsibilities:

Administer Salesforce, support current state across the lifecycle while simultaneously improving workflow to meet new and emerging business requirements; write APIs as needed, recommend and implement configurations and Salesforce plugins as necessary. 35%

Envision, advise on, and implement coherent business processes across non-credit and for-credit online and in-person programming for Digital and Continuing Education. Configure workflow. Create testing plans and direct testing, reporting, and QA. 25%

Work with diverse sets of stakeholders to implement the full range of Salesforce products with the Education Cloud data model to automate interactions and communications. Create reports and dashboards for the team to action on in support of student recruitment, retention and success.20%

Support the professional development of other team members in increasing Salesforce-related skill sets. Maintain high-level currency related to Salesforce and associated technologies. Suggest new technologies for implementation related to CRM or automation. Other duties as assigned. 20%

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience.

Specific Experience:

  • Hands-on administrator experience with Salesforce building applications
  • Experience with Pardot

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of experience.

Additional Requirements:
