About the Role:

You will lead the Finance Systems team responsible for architecting, scaling, and supporting enterprise platforms across GL, Revenue, Billing, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Lease Accounting. You'll partner closely with IT Product management, Finance and accounting, RevOps, Data Platforms to drive system implementation, support, compliance, automation, and integration.

What you'll own:

  • Own end-to-end Finance & accounting system architecture spanning key business processes around- GL, AP, AR, ARM, Fixed Assets, Leases and inventory accounting.
  • Act as primary systems partner for Finance Stakeholders in Revenue and Operations Accounting, Fixed Assets, GL and AP teams.
  • Work with IT Product Management on executing the roadmap and across modules aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead a team of BSEs and administrators to deliver scalable solutions aligned to business goals.
  • Implement compliance & audit readiness for SOX and internal controls
  • Partner with IT integration teams on cross-functional workflows (CRM, data warehouse, procurement platforms)
  • Provide leadership for Finance systems admin support, GL, and operational excellence.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years in ERP or finance systems leadership roles with at least 3 years in the capacity of leading and managing technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes: RevRec, GL, Fixed Assets, Inventory accounting management, Lease Accounting and Payments.
  • Deep implementation experience in key Netsuite OneWorld, Advanced Financials, ARM, Multibook, Inventory Accounting Management, Bank Payments, .
  • Strong Technical knowledge and experience building and guiding highly productive technical teams delivering system solutions and automations within Netsuite.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite add-on modules like Squareworks AP Automation, Netgain- Netloan/NetAssets.
  • Experience with integrating Netusite with other applications like Salesforce, Coupa and data platforms.
  • Experience in Implementing and execution of SOX controls and interfacing with auditors.
  • Other tools like Ramp, Navan, Costar, FloQast , NetAsset, Workiva a plus

The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
