Job Description
Point 9 Trailside Eatery opens this June right off the Redbud Trail—and we’re looking for experienced line cooks to help us create exceptional food for every guest.
Whether you’re assembling sandwiches, sautéing sides, or plating perfectly, your role as a Line Cook is essential to the quality and consistency of every dish. We're building a scratch kitchen and a collaborative team culture where food matters, teamwork counts, and attention to detail is everything.
What You’ll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.) safely and efficiently

Ensure food is cooked, plated, and delivered correctly and on time

Stock and maintain your station with fresh ingredients and supplies

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
What We’re Looking For:

Must be at least 16 years old

Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred

Ability to follow recipes and directions with accuracy

Strong time management and attention to detail

Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
