We’re looking for a HVAC Parts Coordinator to support our field teams by sourcing, ordering, and tracking parts and equipment. Your work will keep jobs on schedule, inventory accurate, and customers satisfied.
What We Offer
- $41K - $52K/year (based on experience)

- Quarterly performance-based incentives
- Order and track parts and equipment
- Track orders and follow up with vendors
- Maintain stock and fill technician requests
- Manage purchase orders and warranties
- Operate forklift as needed
- Communicate with vendors and teams
- 2+ years in HVAC parts coordination, inventory, and purchasing (required)
- Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Google Workspace and ServiceTitan (or similar)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day
- Comfortable in both office and warehouse environments
