What You'll Do:

Efficiently dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level, availability, and priority

Support the Service Manager with day-to-day operations, including workflow optimization and team coordination

Communicate with technicians, advisors, and parts department to ensure smooth service operations

Monitor and update repair timelines to ensure on-time vehicle delivery
-
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and timely updates

Assist in resolving any service-related concerns or escalations

Maintain accurate service records and adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards

What We're Looking For:
-
2+ years of experience in a dealership service department (dispatcher, service advisor, or management role preferred)
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Knowledge of CDK/ADP or similar DMS software is a plus
-
Passion for the automotive industry and a drive to exceed expectations
