- System Monitoring & Response: Actively monitor MES and Glovis GGA systems, responding to issues via phone and radio from production and maintenance teams.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Complete regular system checklists, resolve technical issues promptly, collaborate with MES team members, and escalate per defined standards.
- Hardware Support: Reconfigure, replace, and maintain computers, scanners, and printers; assist with installations and modifications of MES-related equipment.
- Environment Coverage: Operate in both control room and plant floor settings, with flexibility to work overtime and during holidays or shutdowns for preventative maintenance.
- Customer Assistance: Support end users with MES system installations, repairs, and updates, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Basic Qualifications & Availability: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be able to work in a rotating shift schedule.
- Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software; experience with PCs and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
- Preferred Credentials & Abilities: Strong analytical thinking; CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
