University Home Care is seeking a Full-time Nurse-Oasis trained for Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties, who will be based in Livonia, Michigan. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills to ensure high-quality care for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
Requirements
- Active nursing license in Michigan
- Oasis certification
- Experience working in home care settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits
Competitive compensation starting at $65 per hour and increasing up to $130 per hour based on experience and performance. Employee benefits package available.
