Whatyou’llbe doing:
Under direct supervision, assist, prepare, complete and self-review assigned tasks in an efficient manner within allotted time frames.
Document procedures performed, findings or other issues, draft/compile work papers,reportsand client correspondence.
Monitor workload and billable hours on a weekly basis.
Communicate withsupervisorany obstacles or items of concern.
Comply withthe professional and Firm requirements (e.g., employee handbook requirements, time entry procedures), quality control document requirement, confidentiality requirements related to client, proposal, personnel, andjob-relatedinformation.
Attend and actively engage in training sessions or meetings as.
Maintain a positive attitude and be receptive to feedback.
If applicable, prepare for and take the eligible certification(s) atavailableopportunity.
We’relooking for someone who has:
We are currently looking for aSummerintern to join theLegal Sector Services Team. This Legal Administration Intern position is designed to provideinternsassignments that further their knowledge of the consulting and project functions within a public accounting and business advisory firm.
Have the availability to work in a hybrid setting 32hrs/wk, Mon – Thurs, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Live in commutable distance to your assigned office
Work a minimum of 3 business days per week in-person at your assigned office
Ability to complete the entire Summer Internship Program starting on June 9, 2025
Required Qualifications:
Current junior or senior on track to gettheir Bachelor’sorMaster’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Human Resources,MBAor related field
Strong academictrack record(Minimum GPA: 3.0)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
0-2 years recent public accounting experience
Final Graduation of December 2026through September 2027
Relevant work experience (i.e., internships, volunteer/paid work experiences, school jobs)
Strong MS Excel and MS Word
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills
