Job Description
- Assist in developing creative concepts, themes, and storyboards for drone light shows
- Support design of drone formations, transitions, and timing sequences
- Create visual mockups, reference animations, and pitch assets for internal and client use
- Collaborate with programmers and operations teams to ensure designs are technically feasible
- Assist with organizing creative files, assets, and version control
- Participate in creative reviews and iteration cycles
- Support on-site shows by assisting with creative execution and documentation
- Capture reference visuals and behind-the-scenes content as needed
- Provide general project and administrative support to the creative team
- Travel to live events and activations, including occasional evenings/weekends
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Motion Design, Digital Media, Experiential Design, or related field
- Strong interest in motion, timing, and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, or similar (any level)
- Comfortable thinking visually in 3D space
- Curious about how creative ideas translate into real-world systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable iterating on feedback
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
Salary:$15/h Enrolled in an Undergrad program, $16.50/h for completing an Undergrad program, but not starting a Graduate program and $18/h enrolled in or obtained Graduate degreeHOW WE WORK
