Job Description
Location: Role will occasionally work in the corporate office based in Scottsdale, AZ 85255.

We're seeking a Web Development Lead to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-level applications that power our digital and operational platforms.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll guide a global team, define scalable architecture, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into powerful, modern solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a global development and QA team in an agile environment
- Manage priorities and assignments across departments for web initiatives
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure code quality meets standards
- Define and translate technical designs into scalable, production-ready solutions
- Align architecture with enterprise vision through collaboration and compliance reviews
- Optimize development practices through automation tools and frameworks
- Shape application roadmaps and lead key technical decisions, including build vs. buy
- Partner with infrastructure to address performance, security, reliability, and continuity needs
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience with a strong understanding of object-oriented design, web architecture and database design
- In-depth understanding and extensive experience in designing and developing complex web applications and eCommerce solutions, using the modern web application development technologies and frameworks
- Strong hands-on full-stack experience in developing in .NET, REACT, C# and JavaScript
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and Enterprise CMS
- Good understanding of DB concepts and experience working on SQL Server (or other RDBMS).
- Proficient in code versioning and CI / CD tools, Git and Azure DevOps preferred
- Ability to develop proof of concepts/prototypes in the new areas of development
- Work management experience in Azure DevOps or Jira
- Experience of building application with public Cloud (Azure or AWS)
