Job Description

- Provide support to Electricians, Project Managers, Site Supervisors, etc.
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- May operate equipment such as forklifts, trucks, hand tools, etc.
- Maintaining a safe and organized workspace by removing debris
- Following project plans and supervisor directions
- Adhere to safety regulations
- Performing physical tasks as instructed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working on a construction site
- Must have a general understanding of construction industry knowledge
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Effective communication skills to follow instructions, coordinate with team members, and report issues
- Must be able to pass a Fit for Duty screening
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to reach, bend, and stretch
- May be exposed to loud noises, dust, and fumes
- Health Insurance-FMM will pay 50% of the employee's premium.
