ELYON provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.
ELYON advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.
ELYON advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Development Support to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Provide Application Development and Support services to develop, enhance or maintain new or existing MCRTAMS functionality.
- Advise and assist the customer in the development and refinement of TECOM Range systems.
- Identify and Document future state requirements which support new and/or enhanced MCRTAMS, Range Management, or range operations capabilities.
- Provide application development, enhancement and maintenance for information systems within a Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) environment.
- Maintain onsite resident skills in Oracle 11g, .NET (v3.5,v4.5), SQL, ESRI services to include ArcGIS Server (v10x) and Devexpress (v12x).
- Provide configuration management, version control and bug tracking.
- Develop and maintain internal training documentation and application help files.
- Provide technical coordination with vendors of MCRTAMS dependant or integrated applications, e.g. ESRI.
- Provide technical support to, and representation of, the TECOM Range and Training Area Management Branch at conferences, meetings, and outside vendors/contractors - to include other DOD services.
- Research and provide guidance on new technologies and applicable industry standards which can be used to enhance the functionality and value of the MCRTAMS system.
- Provide maintenance and support activities including application maintenance, user support and help desk support.
- Provide Manual code reviews and automated code reviews with HP Fortify.
- Provide management, maintenance and integration support of system interfaces, and third party modules within MCRTAMS while meeting federal records disposition requirements using Laserfiche
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with modern, modular, event-driven micro-services architecture.
- Demonstrated experience developing applications in an Amazon AWS infrastructure environment (EC2, S3, RDS/PostgreSQL, NLB).
- Demonstrated experience developing web applications using ReactJS, including Kendo and MaterialUI for front-end UI/UX and Redux & Saga for data interactions.
- Demonstrated experience with web UI frameworks, such as the Kendo UI toolkit.
- Demonstrated experience with CSS.
- Demonstrated experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration Systems such as Jenkins.
- Demonstrated experience with the Agile Rapid Application Development methodology.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining software including web services, web based user interfaces and data processing type services, such as ETL workflows/scripts.
- Demonstrated experience with REST services.
